Kate, who has been keeping a low profile since the beginning of September, having been suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, was last seen in public on 30 August. "She is delighted to be able to be here tonight", an aide said.

A tiny hint of a baby bump could be seen, but there was otherwise no clue as to her condition.

While the rumors about the alleged pregnancy of Pippa Middleton, the young woman seems to be thinner than ever in a photo taken of it on Sunday, October 8, during a shopping trip.

The royal couple - who are already parents to Prince George and Princess Charlotte - have been joined by Prince Harry at the reception recognising mental health workers. Kate Middleton has been dealing with a bad illness, Hyperemesis Gravidarum, while pregnant with her third child with Prince William and has been unable to make appearances.

During the reception William praised his guests for the work they have been doing for many years.

"Catherine, Harry and I are proud to stand up in support of this community".

"All three of us have seen that mental health is at the heart of so numerous issues we are passionate about", William said in a speech to the reception.
