WWE Raw opening with big segment opposite National Basketball Association game

This lasted for about three minutes, with Joe and Lesnar trading blows, including one devastating kick from the former. We're hoping for great things from this feud and hopefully Vince McMahon will change his mind and let Joe and Brock tangle for a little while longer because this feud has been awesome so far and they haven't even locked up yet. This set up Lesnar's return for the following week, which Heyman confirmed during the show, marking the first appearance of the Universal Championship in over two months.

Brock Lesnar returned on the latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw to make an emphatic statement. Heyman called Joe a mutt, and a punk and a dog, and said he isn't man enough to place the Coquina Clutch on Lesnar. Security guards couldn't restrain them, so it took half of RAW's locker room to separate the two. Having Lesnar completely annihilate him and kill his credibility in the process during their upcoming encounter would be the worst thing they could possibly do to Joe.

As Alexa Bliss riles up the Team Red Women's division, Emma announces her return to Raw. Without Bayley, we got to see more of the Women's Division in Mickie James, Dana Brooke, and Nia Jax.

Dean Ambrose by pin following the swinging neckbreaker after a distraction by The Miz & Maryse.

Heath Slater & Rhyno def. But Ambrose lurched on the ringside and made his way in to the ring after dumping the guy in the bear suit and put on the costume and confronted Miz. My honest hope is that it has been Dash and Dawson all along and this leads to Enzo and Cass breaking up because they missed the most obvious conclusion while trying to convince themselves a 500-pound dude was sneaking around unnoticed. Enzo Amore and Big Cass are involved in an attacker mystery that might have to do with the Revival, and Sheamus and Cesaro should inevitably be defending their titles against the Hardy Boyz. Another wild brawl came out the WWE arena resulting in a double count out, in which Sheamus and Cesaro retained their titles.

Just a week after losing their Tag Team Titles in a Steel Cage Match, The Hardys invoke their rematch clause against the two powerhouses.
