Trump Twitter Rant: Crooked H Destroyed Phones With Hammer, Bleached Emails

On Thursday, Trump renewed his attacks against his former Democratic opponent, tweeting, "Why is that Hillary Clinton's family and Dems dealings with Russian Federation are not looked at, but my non-dealings are?"

"She'll be with the trials", he said on November 4.

Reince Priebus, then the chairman of the Republican National Committee, echoed his boss' claim, saying the probe itself served as "another reminder that Hillary Clinton can not be trusted with the presidency".

Following reports that U.S. Department of Justice special counsel will be examining Trump for obstructing justice disrupted in the probe into Russian involvement in the US election campaign, US President Donald Trump turned to Twitter today (Thursday) to attack former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

But Comey would reopen the investigation in the final weeks of the presidential campaign after the discovery of hundreds of emails from Clinton on the computer of her aide Huma Abedin.

"The investigation is the biggest scandal since Watergate and it's everbody's hope that justice at last can be delivered", Trump said back in October. The obstruction investigation began just days after the president abruptly fired former FBI Director James Comey, according to the newspaper.

The Post and The New York Times both reported that Mueller was seeking interviews with three Trump administration officials who weren't involved in Trump's campaign: Dan Coats, the director of national intelligence; Michael Rogers, the head of the National Security Agency; and Richard Ledgett, the former NSA deputy director. "Nice", he tweeted overnight. Comey, though, would not say whether he thought it constituted obstruction of justice, leaving that conclusion up to Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

In a pair of earlier tweets, Trump called the investigation "phony" and the "greatest WITCH HUNT in American political history".

Clinton would later blame Comey and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for costing her the election.
